PRIVACY POLICY

This “Privacy Policy" on [TDrive]'s service website (“Service") operated by TOSE Philippines, Inc/TDrive (“TDrive") constitutes a part of the Terms of Use for END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, and applies to users when they use the Service. Personal information obtained from users through the Service is managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to users' personal information that is obtained by those companies, etc. which provide information and services through the Service, nor does it apply to any party other than the users of the Service.

[Definition of Personal Information]

Personal information means any information by which an individual may be directly identified (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, sex, date of birth, etc.) and any information belonging to such individual (usage history, usage fees, hobbies and preferences, interests, etc.).

Other personal information obtained through the Service is kept confidential at the same level as the confidential information in connection with the business of TDRIVE is kept. To make sure that personal information is secure, privacy safeguard is strictly enforced within TDRIVE. In addition, any information that, alone may not directly identify an individual, but may become personal information by being combined with other information is handled in the same manner. TDRIVE may create statistical data from personal information and use statistical data by which no individual can be identified with no limitation.

1. Collection of Personal Information

TDRIVE requests its users to provide their personal information when making inquiries to TDRIVE. Users are not required to provide the personal information that TDRIVE have requested, but if any user chooses not to do so, in many cases TDRIVE is unable to provide such user with the Service or respond to any queries such user may have.

All personal information collected through the Service is managed by TDRIVE.
Personal information provided to TDRIVE through the Service is maintained in whole or in part by a server management company to which TDRIVE outsources its services. When outsourcing, TDRIVE discloses personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve its objective[s], strictly reviews the handling of personal information by such server management company, separately executes a confidentiality agreement regarding personal information, and requires such server management company to handle personal information in the same manner as it is handled within TDRIVE; therefore, users can use the Services at ease.

TDRIVE may collect personal information through the use of analysis tools (such as Flurry Analytics). User will agree to the above collection of personal information. These technologies help TDRIVE better understand user behavior, facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

2. Use of Collected Personal Information

All personal information collected by TDRIVE, including information submitted by users when making inquiries to TDRIVE through the Service, is used solely in connection with the use of the Service.

TDRIVE and any of its affiliates may share such personal information with each other and use it consistently with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve TDRIVE's service and content.

The purposes of use of the personal information by TDRIVE are as follows, and no personal information shall be used for any other purpose without relevant user's consent.
(a) Handling of disputes and/or lawsuits; and
(b) Offering of after-purchase services such as customer support.

Any personal information which has been collected shall be disposed of once TDRIVE reasonably determines that it is no longer necessary for normal business operation of TDRIVE.

3. Provision to Third Parties

TDRIVE never discloses personal information to a third party except for cases where TDRIVE outsources, to a third party company, part or all of the Service, where it provides responses and/or other services that are requested by users that provided personal information and where an analysis tools-provider collects directly personal information through the use of such analysis tools ; provided, however, that upon request from courts, police, tax offices, customer affairs centers and other institutions authorized by laws and ordinances, TDRIVE may disclose personal information without permission. Additionally, in the event of TDRIVE's reorganization by, merger with or sale to any third party, TDRIVE may transfer any and all personal information collected by it to such third party. When outsourcing, TDRIVE discloses personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve its objective[s], strictly reviews the handling of personal information by such contractor, separately executes a confidentiality agreement regarding personal information with it, and requires it to handle personal information in the same manner as it is handled within TDRIVE.

4. Renewal of the "Privacy Policy"

Unlike the terms of use of the Services, this “Privacy Policy" is not to obtain consent from the users, but is to disclose our policies regarding the handling of personal information by TDRIVE. TDRIVE may revise the contents of the “Privacy Policy" according to any revisions of the law, changes in TDRIVE's business and/or requests from users.
